469. Orders protecting property in receivership

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The court may on making an order that removes or has the effect of removing a receiver from office, make such orders as it thinks fit —

(a)

for preserving the property in receivership ;

(b)

requiring the receiver for that purpose to make available to any person specified in the order, any information and documents in the possession or under the control of the receiver.
