11. Selling or offering to sell above the marked price

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any person who sells or offers to sell any goods above the price marked on the goods in accordance with a direction issued under section 10, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
