33. Public efficiency reports

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

At the request of the Minister, the Authority shall carry out a public sector and private sector efficiency study and submit a report to the Minister. It shall be the duty of the

Minister to place such report before Parliament.
