19. Amendment of section 38 of the principal enactment

Section 38 of the principal enactment as amended by Act, No. 37 of 2003, is hereby further amended by the substitution for the words “Sixth Schedule to this Act,”, of the words and figures “Sixth Schedule to this Act, for any year of assessment commencing on or before April 1, 2002

and on such profit and income for the period up to and including June 30, 2003 in the year of assessment commencing on April 1, 2003.”.
