24. Amendment of section 60 of the principal enactment

Section 60 of the principal enactment as amended by Act, No. 10 of 2002, is hereby further amended by the substitution for the words and figures “commencing prior to

March 31, 2002”, of the words and figures “commencing on or after April 1, 2004.”.
