36. Amendment of section 47 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 47 of the principal enactment as last amended by Act, No. 25 of 1990 is hereby further amended, in paragraph (a) of that section, by the substitution for all the words from “set out against the distinguishing number”

to the end of that paragraph, of the words “set out against the distinguishing number of such group.
