38. Amendment of section 53A of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 53A of the principal enactment as amended by Act, No. 14 of 2004 is hereby further amended in paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution for the words “list of the electoral area in which”, of the words “list of the ward in which”.
