11. Acts or proceedings of the Board deemed not to be invalid by reason of any vacancy

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Subject to the provisions of section 10, the Board may act notwithstanding any vacancy among its members and any act or proceeding of the Board shall not be or deemed to be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy among its members or any defect in the appointment of a member thereof.
