16. Agreements with other institutions

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Authority may enter into any agreement or memorandum of understanding with any Government institution or organization or any of its agency or any local or foreign regulatory or supervisory authority in relation to exchange of information on any matter which comes within the purview of this Act.
