98. Advertising, importation, sale and distribution of borderline products for prescribed diseases prohibited

(1)

No person shall advertise or promote or distribute any borderline product without prior written approval of the Authority.

(2)

No person shall advertise or promote any borderline product to the public as a treatment, prevention or cure for any of the prescribed diseases, disorders or abnormal physical states.

(3)

No person shall without prior written approval of the

Authority import, sell or distribute any borderline product to the general public as a treatment, prevention or cure for any of the prescribed diseases, disorder or abnormal physical states.
