105. Application of the provisions of sections 62, 63, 64 and 65

The provisions of sections 62, 63, 64 and 65 of this Act shall mutatis mutandis apply to and in relation to the —

(i)

issuing of certificate of registration;

(ii)

issuing of licence;

(iii)

renewal of registration and licence; and

(iv)

cancellation or suspension of registration or licence, under this part of this Act.
