12. Amendment of section 52 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 52 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) thereof, by the substitution for the words “by motion in that behalf,” of the words “by motion in that behalf, within ten years from the date of such final decree or of the final decree, if any, on appeal affirming the same”.
