5. Amendment of section 18 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 18 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subparagraph (iv) of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) thereof, by the substitution for the words “the parties to the action who were present at the survey,” of the words “the parties to the action who were present at the survey, the nature of their claims”.
