13. Amendment of section 57 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 57 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph (d) of subsection (1)

thereof, and the substitution therefor of the following paragraph:-

“(d)

the cost incurred in the display of the banner and the proclamation made under section 15 and the cost incurred in the proclamation made under section 17;”.
