14. Amendment of section 67 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 67 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (3) thereof, by the substitution for the words “damage to the land” of the words “damage to the land, or making any alteration to the character of the land,”.
