4. Insertion of new Part 1A in the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The following new part is hereby inserted immediately after section 1 and shall have effect as Part 1A of the principal enactment:-
