19. Authorised gambling

(1)

The Minister may, from time to time specify by Order published in the Gazette the types of gambling including digital gambling to be authorized to carry on under the provisions of this Act.

(2)

A person shall not be allowed to carry on any gambling other than a type of gambling authorized under the provisions of this Act.
