23. Form and duration of a licence or certificate of registration of premises

A licence and certificate of registration of premises issued under sections 16 and 17, shall-

be in such form as the Authority may determine;

be subject to such terms and conditions as specified in the licence or certificate of registration of premises;

become operative from such date as shall be specified in the licence or certificate of registration of premises; and

unless earlier revoked, be in force for the period as specified in the licence or certificate of registration of premises.
