28. Notification of change of corporate control

(1)

A licensee shall notify the Authority in writing of any change in corporate control within one month of such change occurring.

(2)

For the purpose of this section, “corporate control”

includes-

(a)

a change in ownership of fifty per centum or more of the shares or voting rights in the licensee;

(b)

a change in the composition of the board of directors; or

(c)

any other change that may affect the management or operation of the licensee as may be prescribed by regulations.
