70. Replacement of sectin 82AG of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 82AG of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section is substituted therefore:—

82AG. No elector who has voted at an election shall, in any proceeding to question such election, be required to state for which candidate he has voted.”.
