45. Formulation of guidelines in customer protection

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Every licencee shall formulate guidelines on customer protection and market conduct, approved by the board of directors, the partners, or the office bearers, as the case may be, and such guidelines shall be communicated to all employees of the licencee:

Provided that, the Authority shall ensure that every licencee shall comply with the provisions of sections 44, 46,

47, 48, 49 and 52 when formulating such guidelines.
