Part VII · Personal Insolvency Register

155. Authority to Maintain Personal Insolvency Register

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Authority shall establish and maintain a

Personal Insolvency Register.

(2)

The Personal Insolvency Register shall be in electronic form and in such other form, if any, as the Authority decides.
