160. Authority and Offi cial Receiver not liable for act or all omission

No suit or prosecution shall be instituted against the Official Receiver, for any acts done or purported to be done or omitted to be done, or decisions made or purported to be made, in good faith in relation to the maintenance of a public register under this Part.
