204. No consent or permission required for giving notice

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Nothing in this Part shall require the consent of the administrator, or the permission of the court, for the giving of notice to the company under –

(a)

an agreement relating to property that is used or occupied by, or is in the possession of, the company; or

(b)

a security agreement.
