68. Provisions for the maintenance of an examination of accounts of the Sri Lanka National Farmers’ Organisation Federations

(1)

The Sri Lanka National Farmers’ Organisation

Federations shall maintain books, and accounts in the manner specified by the Commissioner-General. The Commissioner-General shall make provision for the auditing of such accounts.

(2)

The Commissioner-General or an officer authorised by him in that behalf may examine the books, papers, documents and accounts of the Sri Lanka National Farmers

Organisation Federations.

(3)

The Sri Lanka National Farmers’ Organisation

Federations shall submit all books, papers, documents and accounts necessary for the purposes of audit under subsection (1).
