80. Commissioner-General to have powers of a District Court

The Commissioner-General shall, for the purpose of hearing and deciding any dispute referred to him under this

Act, have all the powers of a District Court namely :—

(a)

to summon and compel the attendance of any witness ;

(b)

to compel the production of documents ; and

(c)

to administer any oath or affirmation to witnesses.
