Farmers’ Organisations, Agrarian Development Councils, Farmers’ Organisation District Federation, Farmers’ Organisation Provincial Federation and Sri Lanka National Farmers’ Organisation Federation exempted from the Inland Revenue Act

Every registered Farmers’ Organisation and every

Agrarian Development Council and every Farmers’

Organisation District Federation and every Farmers’

Organisation Provincial Federation and the Sri Lanka National

Farmers’ Organisation Federation shall be exempt from the payment of any tax on the income or profits made by such

Organisation, Council or Federation, as the case may be, under the provisions of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 28 of 1979.
