Officers' and Servants of Farmers’ Organisations Agrarian Development Council, Farmers’ Organisation District Federation, Farmers’ Organisation Provincial Federation, and Sri Lanka National Farmers’ Organisation Federation to be deemed to be public officers

All officers and servants of a registered Farmers’

Organisation or an Agrarian Development Council, or a

Farmers’ Organisation District Federation, or a Farmers’

Organisation Provincial Federation or the Sri Lanka National

Farmers’ Organisation Federation shall be deemed to be public officers within the meaning, and for the purposes, of the Penal

Code.
