71. Application of Bribery Act

Every registered Farmers’ Organisation and every

Agrarian Development Council, and every Farmers’

Organisation District Federation, and every Farmers’

Organisation Provincial Federation and the Sri Lanka National

Farmers’ Organisation Federation shall be deemed to be scheduled institutions within the meaning of the Bribery Act and the provisions of that Act shall be construed accordingly.
