15. Code of Conduct

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The members of the Commission, the Director-General and the Staff of the Commission shall be subject to the Code of Conduct of the Commission. The Code of

Conduct shall be as prescribed by regulations.

(2)

Any officer, or employee of the Commission or any other person whose services are retained under section 27, who is found to be in breach of any provision or provisions of such Code, shall be subject to the procedure to be specified by rules made by the Commission under this Act.
