50. Contracts for printing of notes and minting of coins

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Central Bank shall have the authority to enter into contracts with any other person in Sri Lanka or abroad for the printing of currency notes and the minting of coins.
