66. Posting deemed to be proper notice

Where any notice is to be served on a licencee under this Act or where the Authority informs any regulatory action taken under the Act to a licencee, proof of posting such notice or information to the address of the principal place of business of a licencee, addressed to the principal officer, shall be sufficient to prove that such notice has been served on such licencee.
