79. Members, officers and employees of the Authority deemed to be public servants

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All members of the Authority, the Director-General and all officers and employees of the Authority shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code (Chapter 19).
