78. Authority deemed to be a Scheduled Institution within the meaning of the Anti-Corruption Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Authority shall be deemed to be a Scheduled

Institution within the meaning of the Anti-Corruption

Act, No. 9 of 2023 and the provisions of Chapter I of Part

III under the Heading “ Offences relating to Bribery or

Corruption’’ of such Act, shall mutatis mutandis be deemed to be applicable to or in relation to the provisions of this Act.
