108. Duty of Bankruptcy Trustee in relation to money

(1)

The Bankruptcy Trustee shall pay all money received by the Trustee into an account or accounts established for the purpose at one or more banks.

Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency

(2)

Rules regarding the payment of funds into a bank account by the Bankruptcy Trustee may be prescribed.

(3)

The Bankruptcy Trustee may invest money that is not immediately required to be paid out in the administration of an estate in financial products, to such extent (if any) and subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.

(4)

The Bankruptcy Trustee shall not pay any money received, into a personal bank account of the Bankruptcy

Trustee.
