113. Obligations of debtor as to discovery and realisation of property

In addition to the duties specified in section 32, a bankrupt debtor in respect of whom a Bankruptcy Order has been made shall, to the utmost of such debtors power, aid in the realisation of the Bankrupt debtor’s property and the distribution of the proceeds amongst creditors and shall –

attend before the Bankruptcy Trustee whenever called upon to do so; and, if required to do so by the Bankruptcy Trustee, verify any statement by affidavit;
execute such power of attorney, transfer or instrument, in relation to such property and the distribution of the proceeds amongst the creditors, as are required by the Bankruptcy Trustee;
deliver on demand any of the bankrupt debtor’s property, other than protected property, that is divisible amongst creditors and is under the bankrupt debtor’s possession or control to the
Bankruptcy Trustee;
deliver on demand to the Bankruptcy Trustee any property, other than protected property, that is acquired by the bankrupt debtor before discharge;
and
deliver on demand to the Bankruptcy Trustee any income due and owing under a Bankruptcy
Repayment Order or Bankruptcy Repayment
Agreement.
A bankrupt debtor shall, even after discharge from
Bankruptcy, continue to cooperate with any request that the
Bankruptcy Trustee may reasonably require for the purposes of carrying out the necessary functions under this Act.
