128. Voidable preferences, voidable encumbrances, and alienations of property with intent to hinder, delay or defeat a creditor

(1)

A transaction by a debtor may be set aside by the court as a voidable preference in accordance with sections 412, 415, 416 and 417.

(2)

A transaction by a debtor may be set aside by the court as a voidable encumbrance in accordance with sections 413,

415, 416 and 417.

(3)

A transaction by a debtor may be set aside by the court as an alienation of property with intent to hinder, delay or defeat a creditor in accordance with sections 414, 415, 416

and 417.
