136. Distributions in Bankruptcy

Whenever the Bankruptcy Trustee has suﬃcient funds in hands for the purpose of paying claims in accordance with sections 111 and the Fourth Schedule, subject to the retention of such sums as may be necessary for the expenses of the Bankruptcy, the Bankruptcy Trustee shall make a distribution in accordance with section 429.
