148. General Duties of the Oﬃ cial Receiver as to the Bankruptcy

(1)

The Oﬃcial Receiver shall act as Bankruptcy

Trustee in the circumstances speciﬁed in section 97.

(2)

The Oﬃcial Receiver shall act as Interim Receiver in the circumstances as speciﬁed in section 91.

(3)

The Oﬃcial Receiver shall advertise, and provide notice of, all such matters as it may be necessary to advertise, or provide notice of, under this Act.
