110. Mutual credit and set-oﬀ

Section 427 applies to situations in which there have been mutual credits, mutual debts or other mutual dealings between a Bankrupt debtor and a person who seeks or, but for the operation of that section, may seek to have a claim admitted in a Bankruptcy.
