174. Bankruptcy off ences: False Claims

The bankrupt debtor commits an offence if, knowing or believing that a false debt has been proved by any person

Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency under the Bankruptcy, and such person fails for a period of one month to inform the Bankruptcy Trustee.
