176. Bankruptcy off ences: Non-Compliance with Responsibilities of Debtors

(1)

A bankrupt debtor commits an offence if the bankrupt debtor—

(a)

intentionally and without reasonable excuse fails to comply with an obligation under sections 32,

112, 113 and 114;

(b)

provides information to the court, Bankruptcy

Trustee or the Official Receiver in connection with an obligation under sections 32, 112, 113

and 114 knowing the information to be false or misleading in a material respect; or

(c)

intentionally and without reasonable excuse refuses to answer fully and truthfully all proper questions put to the bankrupt debtor at any examination held under this Act.
