341. Adjustment of the rights of contributories

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

As soon as practicable after settling a list of contributories, a liquidator shall, so far as may be necessary for the contributories’ liabilities to be rateable, adjust the rights of contributories among themselves.

(2)

In adjusting the rights of contributories among themselves, the liquidator shall follow such procedure as may be prescribed.
