Part XII

349. Dissolution

(1)

Subject to subsection (2), a company shall be dissolved at the expiry of three months after compliance with paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section 348.

(2)

On the application of an interested person, the court may direct that the date of dissolution of the company shall be deferred for such time as may be necessary.

(3)

In making an order under subsection (2) the court may, where necessary, make any other ancillary order.

(4)

A copy of every order made under subsection (2) shall, within five working days after the making of the order, be sent by the court to the Registrar and Authority.
