407. Orders protecting property in receivership

(1)

The court may, in making an order that removes or has the effect of removing a receiver from office, make such orders as may be necessary –

(a)

for preserving the property in receivership; and

(b)

for that purpose of paragraph (a), require the person removed from office –

(i)

to deliver to such person as may be specified in the order any documents in the possession

Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency or custody or under the control of the receiver as may be specified in the order; and

(ii)

to take such other action as may be necessary.
