Part XII

300. Commencement of liquidation to be recorded

(1)

Where a liquidator is appointed under paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section 298, the company shall

Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency record in the special resolution appointing the liquidator, the date on which and the time at which, the special resolution was passed.

(2)

Where a liquidator is appointed under paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 298, the board of the company shall record in the resolution appointing the liquidator the date on which, and the time at which, the resolution was passed.

(3)

Where a liquidator is appointed under paragraph (c) of subsection (2) section 298, the court shall record in the order appointing the liquidator the date on which, and the time at which, the order was made.
