459. Amendment of section 71 of the Companies Act

Section 71 of the Companies Act is hereby amended in paragraph (d) of subsection (2), by the substitution for the word and figure “Part IX” of the words and figures “Part X of the Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency (Corporate and
