461. Amendment of section 92 of the Companies Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 92 of the Companies Act is hereby amended in subsection (1), by substituting for paragraph (e), of the following paragraph: –

“(e) resolve that a liquidator of the company be appointed under paragraph (a) of subsection (2) section 298 of the Rescue, Rehabilitation and Insolvency (Corporate and Personal) Act,
