465. Amendment of section 220 of the Companies Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 220 of the Companies Act is hereby amended in subsection (1) –

(a)

by the substitution for the words “director of a company”, of the words “director of a public company”; and

(b)

by the substitution for the word “form”, of the word “from”.
