242. Duty of administrator to send ﬁ nal report

(1)

This section applies to a person who was an administrator at the end of an administration.

(2)

As soon as practicable after performing all of the person’s other duties in relation to the administration, and in any event within twenty working days after the end of the administration, the person shall send to the Registrar and

Authority a ﬁnal report containing such information as may be prescribed, in such manner as may be prescribed.

(3)

Every person who fails to comply with this section commits an oﬀence.
